Monday through Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Eastern time)
Friday:  7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern time)
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  (Eastern time)

Please identify yourself as a Nursing continuing education user when calling. When contacting us via email, please include your name and a contact phone number in your email as well as the time zone in which you live.
